Persephone’s Fashion Show: Day 3 Sunday, 5 February 2012, 10:00 pm
Today, my dear fashionistas, I have created some comfy and casual looks. These are outfits you could wear to visit a friend, go for coffee, or to school (except on picture day – you should definitely be more glamorous on picture day). Please take a look at the models and let me know which outfit you like best. The best outfits will be used in my fashion show!

Alex’s Bad Day Sunday, 5 February 2012, 9:00 pm
Dear April,
Today has not been the best day of my life. I was walking home from Sparky’s when I ran into Molly, who was walking home from Cowabelle’s. I said hi, and then she said, “Alex, we have to talk.” I wasn’t sure what we had to talk about, but we sat down on a bench and she said, “Alex, I like you.” And I couldn’t believe it! I was just about to say “I like you too, and I bought you those presents at Christmastime!” when she said, “As a friend. Just a friend.”
And then I didn’t know what to say.
She kept talking. “Roberta told me you were going to give me chocolates on Valentine’s Day, but I really don’t think you should. We’re just friends, and I’d like to keep it that way, at least for now. We’re young, we’ve got years ahead of us…”
And I just nodded.
She stuck out her hoof and I shook it. “Still pals?” she asked.
And I just nodded again.
She smiled and walked off. And me? I just sat there for awhile.
But then, after realizing how cold I was, I headed home. I hid out in my room feeling sad for awhile, until I remembered the box of chocolates that I had hidden in my closet. I opened the box and ate the bonbons. They were delicious.
Anyway, I guess everything will be fine between Molly and me. I wish things had turned out differently, but for now – we’ll just be friends.

You’ll never believe what happened to me today. I was at Cowabelle’s house, working on a geography project with Cowabelle and Roberta. We were looking up facts about Kinzville, when all of a sudden Roberta asked this really random question.
“What would you do if a boy liked you?”
Cowabelle giggled, and then they got into this long conversation about which boys they like at school and which TV star is cutest and stuff like that.
But me? I didn’t know what to say. I’ve never really thought about it, to be honest. When I didn’t answer, Roberta said, “What if a boy liked YOU, Molly?”
And I said, “That would be OK, I guess.”
And then Cowabelle started to laugh and she said, “Just tell her!”
And I said, “Tell me what?”
And they laughed some more and then guess what Roberta finally said?
She found out that Alex Tiger likes me. AND he bought me chocolates for Valentine’s Day!
Alex. Alex Tiger! My friend! I couldn’t believe it. I told her she must have her facts wrong, but she assured me that she was right.
I quickly changed the subject and suggested that we get a snack. Roberta and Cowabelle didn’t mention Alex again, but they kept exchanging glances and smiling.
Ugh.
So. Now what? I don’t like Alex like that! He’s just my friend. I’m too young to date anyone – my parents would freak out! So now I just have to tell him the truth – nicely, of course, and hope that we can still be buddies afterwards.
I guess I’ll talk to him tomorrow.

Roberta’s Valentine Craft: Candy Calculator Saturday, 4 February 2012, 8:00 pm
Another wonderful craft to add to the bag of Valentine’s treats for my class!
What you need:
Cardstock, scissors, candy dots, double-sided tape, marker, printer paper , glue stick
What you do:
- Measure the cardstock, and mark it so you can cut it into four equal rectangles.
- Cut along the lines you marked. You now have four ‘calculators’.
- Cut out small white rectangles from the printer paper.
- At the top of each calculator, glue a small white rectangle for a screen. Write a Valentine’s message like “You’re #1” or “U R GR-8!” or “U R 2 Cool!”
- Cut your candy buttons into squares of twelve (3 candies in 4 rows).
- On the bottom of the calculator, use double-sided tape to secure the paper the candies are on.
- Decorate the calculator with fun stickers.

Hey all! I’m back with some more fashion choices for you for my Winter Fashion Show. Let me know which of these is your fav, ‘kay?
Option #1
Wow, this model is really rocking the Leonberger Sweater. Doesn’t it look great with these simple cargo pants? And the stylish Patchwork Hat picks up the purple in these zany Purple Bubble & Trouble Witch Shoes perfectly.
Option #2
This model is stylin’. Pairing the Charming Caroler Top Hat with the Tunic Tutu is a daring move that really paid off. And the High Top Sneakers add such an element of fun. She really exudes star quality in those Starstruck Shades.
Option #3
Our final model is looking for love in all the right places with that wacky Love Letters Hat. The sophisticated Passionate Pea Coat looks lovely with the Charming Caroler Pants. And the funky Lace Up Boots have this look all tied up!
But I can’t decide – which look should I feature in my fashion show? Help!

Hey everyone! It’s Valarie VonScribe here, and I’ve got some terrific newz about a new Webkinz contest.
If you’ve ever watched any of the pet of the month videos, then you know, we really love music here at Webkinz headquarters!
We’ve read lots of comments, and we’ve watched tons of videos from fans who say they love music too! So, we had a great idea! Let’s turn it over to Webkinz fans, and let them write and preform the pet of the month songs! Cool right?!

1. Record yourself or a Webkinz Pet SINGING on video to the SONG you hear above in the video.

4. Upload the video to YouTube by February 29th, 2012. If you don’t have a YouTube account, ask a parent or older sibling for help.
